The assessment takes about 30 minutes to complete. It’s all online and designed to be taken in a single, uninterrupted sitting - no prep required. You will be able to access the link and instructions to take the assessment immediately after your purchase.

You’ll receive your full report within 48 hours of completing the assessment. You’ll also get access to your own Leadership Library account (created at checkout) where you can download your report, watch your walkthrough video, and revisit your results anytime.

The report includes scores and insights for 26 core behaviors based on the OCEAN personality framework, along with a full analysis of your mindset across four Growth Mindset dimensions and four Fixed Mindset dimensions.

Easy. If you’re part of our membership, we’ll automatically invite you to retake the assessment annually. If you’re not, you can purchase a new assessment anytime. Many leaders reassess yearly to track progress and adjust development goals with precision. We recommend waiting at least one year between assessments to give meaningful behavior changes time to take root.

You only need to take the assessment once. Your responses power all three profiles - Leadership Leverage, Growth Mindset, and Leadership Styles - so if you’ve already completed the assessment with one profile, you can simply purchase any additional profile(s) you’d like to unlock. When you do, there’s no need to retake the assessment - your new profile will simply be delivered within 48 hours. 

We recommend retaking the assessment just once a year to track your progress. If it’s been nearly 12 months, simply purchase a new profile to take the assessment again and receive updated results.
