Your next step.
Itâs now time to take your leadership assessment.
Â
Before you begin, please read this:Â
If you completed the assessment less than 12 months ago â whether as part of the MDL Membership or as a standalone assessment â please contact us before proceeding. The assessment is designed to be taken once per year to provide the most accurate insights. Retaking it too soon can lead to less reliable results, as your responses may still be influenced by your previous experience and wonât yet reflect meaningful behavioural change.
Â
If this is your first assessment, or it has been over 12 months since your last one, follow the steps below.
1. Take your assessment. Click the âTake Your Assessment Nowâ button on this page to begin. Set aside 30 minutes of focused, uninterrupted time and aim to complete in one sitting. Thereâs no time limit, but a clear and settled mind makes all the difference.
Â
2. Receive your results. Your Client Account Manager will reach out to you within one business day of completing your assessment with your results and relevant information on how to schedule your 1:1 debrief with a My Daily Leadership coach.
Â
If you want to learn more about the next steps, or donât have the time to complete your assessment right now, you can find all the information within your Leadership Library account. Log in here to access your account, then select 'Annual Leadership Assessment & Profiles â MDL Membership' for all assessment instructions and next steps.
Â
Please note: We recommend completing your assessment at your earliest convenience so we can move forward with scheduling your 1:1 debrief as soon as possible. If you experience any technical difficulties during the assessment, please contact us ([email protected]) and weâll get it sorted for you. If youâd prefer to take your assessment in another language, get in touch and weâll arrange this for you. The assessment is currently available to take in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese; however, please note that results can only be viewed in English.
